      This discussion aligns with the course section titled “Ideate", which is about learning how to develop prototypes. You will draw on the insights gained through your Discovery Interviews (assignment), to begin exploring problems worth solving, understand your customers’ needs, and evaluate ways that you can deliver value. Once you are clear on what you offer, and to whom, you can decide how you will reach them and build lasting relationships. Explore the Canadian Legacy Project website -, as a case study. Learn about the organization, their customers, their products/services and their connection to the customers. Share your observations in this forum. Share your thoughts and strategies on problem solving and the customer relationships. The old saying in business is – “If you ain’t selling you ain’t in business”. What exactly is selling?

      This discussion aligns with the course sections titled “Implementation” and “Information”, which is about defining key activities, key resources and key partners for your business which creates the structure of how your business operates day by day. Once you have the business functions defined, you will define the costs for the business marketing and operations along with the streams of revenue for your business. The “Information” component is about where to source business information/resources now and in the future. Share your thoughts, plans and questions about the day to day operations of your business and valuable information sources.

    • 6. Booking Your Presentation Spot (Nov 7 to Nov 12)
      Following are the dates and times to book your spot for presenting your 'Business Model Canvas' and gain feedback. Each 2 hour session can accommodate 6 presentations maximum, which allows for 20-minute slots. Plan to attend the full session and/or more than one session to engage and learn from your peers. We will begin at the defined start time (MST) and end when that session group has completed their presentations and feedback process. In other words, each session may wrap up at different times depending on the number of presentations. Optional presentation Dates/Times:
      • Monday, November 7 at 6 pm MST
      • Thursday, November 10 at 9 am MST
      • Saturday, November 12 at 9 am MST
