    I was a bit skeptical at first when doing my business canvas. However, after completing it I found it quite valuable.
    The business canvas helped me organize my ideas and research what value my product/services may provide. Even more than my initial opinion.
    I feel confident I could now approach potential customers and explain the benefits and value of my business. It also prompted me to really delve into what I needed to do to make my business stand out and offer services that were not available in my area.

    Not sure if this will be helpful or not, but I offer this anyway. I’ve often challenged my entrepreneurs to practice story telling around their canvas. Pick any 3 boxes at a time, and tell a story around just those 3 boxes. You are likely to notice some gaps when trying to tell the story this way. Then pick a different combination of 3 boxes and tell a story around those. You will sharpen your story telling skills and zero in quickly on gaps you need to tighten up in some way. Make sure the person you are working with knows its ok to poke holes in your story and ask tough questions!
