My name is Corey Phair and I live in Wiarton, Ontario. I have an existing business named “Rize Up Recovery”. I am a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and Recovery Coach. An interesting fact about myself is that I live on a 50 acre modern homestead. I LOVE animals and nature!!!!!! I provide most of my own food and am as self-sustaining as possible. I am really excited about this training and looking forward to connecting with everyone.

1- How do I learn to focus 100% on one project rather than 25% on 12 projects?

2- How can we best come together as a group and support one another as much as possible?

    Hey Corey,

You have a very unique journey-good for you.

In regard to your second question “2- How can we best come together as a group and support one another as much as possible?” Is this a rhetorical question, a question towards the Legacy Bootcamp program or a question for the community, nation and globe?

To respond to Q1 – trust your instinct, go with what you enjoy the most, and write it down with a timeline. The common message I’ve receive from entrepreneurs is you will fail at some things, so use these to learn from.

    Corey,

I work on about 50 projects at any one time and use GANTT charts to manage each project. Have you ever used a GANTT chart? You can google and may find some complicated charts, but mine are very simple, what needs to be done by when. This then overlays to my daily, weekly and monthly to do lists so that I keep on track with all the projects.

If you would like to chat about this process, let me know and we can set up a call.

    Judy
