Keep throwing shit at the wall, but make sure it’s stuff you don’t want to throw away if it sticks… meaning, just don’t through anything… Pivoting is my experience as well, but I only started my business in 2020, during COVID, which gave me time to work on things. Now I have three different angles I’m working on and seeing which one (or two, or all) I’ll settle on. Best of luck, you definitely have a special talent if you can form good relationships.
