Louise, you are having some incredible insights! I’m always amazed that entrepreneurs try to avoid these stakeholder discussions because you learn SO much from these conversations. It’s possible that a new revenue line is presenting itself to you that you hadn’t considered. Or, that you’re not ready to pursue, but you can add into your future development plans. Remember, what you’re listening for is the challenges they are experiencing and you are considering how you might be able to respond with a product or service that makes their lives easier. Yes, you want to be respectful of their time and you don’t want to annoy them. Don’t forget though, if they perceive you are listening and getting closer to helping them address an unmet need, they will keep coming back to the table. Show them what you’ve done with what you heard. Great work Louise.
