Capacity building is a tough one as people are always looking for the quick wins. Yet it is essential to achieving high performance! However, the basic skills for building capacity are achievable if a systemic and systematic process is followed. As I work with the client to complete needs assessments or improvements to performance, I would take them through the steps, and even help them to build the expertise within their own organization.
