Hey Erin,

I didn’t put it in there but it was clear in my head. My customers have several whys. The problems they need solved are cheaper if solved by me than replacement or dry docking and I feel that they will choose me based on my small hometown values.(The feeling that you are being helped by a friend rather than a company) Client relationships will be a very important in my business and have a trickle on effect. Diving for the Marina manager, Yacht Club or a particular fisherman and doing a good job for a fair price guarantees return business and getting referrals to people with boat issues. There is also very little competition.I have already started to build these relationships.
