Just a word of caution, be sure to confirm with the municipality, where the acreage is located, that you can open your business on the site.
Each municipality makes it’s own decisions about what businesses can or cannot develop. Many of their rules are based on the integrity of the neighbourhood and whether the neighbours will be ok with the increased traffic from your customers. My life has always been rural and I have seen many great ideas shut down by acreage neighbours.
